The room felt like a sauna, and sleep was impossible with the loud couple above me and the bright light filtering in. Honestly, it was a nightmare. Wouldn't recommend it.

I had a fantastic time as the hotel is a few steps from a Waffle House and a short walk to plenty of other dining options like Ruby Tuesday and Spondivits, making it super convenient for meals after exploring the nearby attractions like the Delta Flight Museum, which is just over a kilometer away, and Sumner Park, about 3.5 kilometers away, perfect for a leisurely stroll; the friendly staff ensured our stay was comfortable and our room was spacious and clean, but there was a little room for improvement in how they managed guest concerns.

Convenient location. Just a quick 5-minute ride from the airport. Shuttles operate regularly, but lines can be long, leading to costly Uber rides. Clean rooms, albeit a bit outdated. Minor issues, like trouble with doors, but manageable for brief stays. Staff is friendly, particularly the shuttle driver who goes the extra mile. Breakfast? Very basic and could use an upgrade. Some cleanliness concerns, as I encountered roaches in the bathroom. Staff response was underwhelming when I raised the issue. Clearer shuttle information is essential, especially for international travelers. A functional space, but management needs to tighten up in several areas for a smoother experience. Would return with hope for improvements.

The lack of a reliable free shuttle turned my arrival into a major hassle, with a misunderstanding leading me to the wrong hotel. Hungry and frustrated, I found no food options available. The shower had a dangerous slip hazard that went unaddressed, and while my bathroom seemed updated, the staff's indifference was disheartening. On a brighter note, the breakfast options were plentiful and the location was convenient, but the overall experience fell flat due to service issues that left me feeling like an afterthought. A disappointing visit, to say the least.

The room was clean, and the AC worked great, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The bed provided good support, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was tidy, though the shower floor was dangerously slippery, which posed a safety risk. The availability of an ironing board and hair dryer was convenient. The constant tea, coffee, and water service was a nice touch. I was disappointed by the use of plastic cups in the room, which contributed to unnecessary waste. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the shower situation needs urgent attention.

The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun! I loved lounging on the sun terrace with a refreshing drink in hand. The leisure room was cozy and made for great hangout vibes with friends.

Went to a Falcons game at Mercedes, Benz Stadium, then hit up Zoo Atlanta , so hype! Super close to the Convention Center and Golf Course. Perfect spot for teens looking for fun vibes and good times with friends!
Wish there was a cool hangout spot or game room for young party, goers to chill at night.

Enjoyed a variety of restaurants nearby, a comfy room, and a helpful staff. Had a delightful time with the free breakfast and WiFi. The pool and gym were a bonus for a great stay.

Kids loved exploring Zoo Atlanta, a must, visit attraction. Ideal location near the friendly Georgia International Convention Center and College Park Golf Course for family outings.
In my wife's opinion, better family, friendly airport shuttle guidance needed.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the front desk was efficient and friendly, even though we arrived late. The hotel's location was convenient, close to various restaurant options and a gas station.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The shower and several areas in the room were not properly cleaned, which was quite disappointing.

we had a nice overnight stay at la quinta. as we had an early morning departure, we did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but would like to mention the outstanding helpfulness of the staff at the front desk as well as the shuttle driver. my son discovered that he didn't have his phone when we got to the airport, and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to try and help us, sending someone up to the room to search, taking an active interest in trying to resolve the situation until finally the phone was found on the shuttle and returned to us. thank you so much for being so very patient, helpful and friendly before 5am! we truly appreciated it. \

The hotel provided 24hr tea/coffee availability, which was convenient. Its close proximity to the airport, with a quick 5-minute ride, and a shuttle service every 35 minutes were helpful for travelers needing easy access to flights. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a decent place to rest during layovers.
There were issues with noise from adjoining rooms, doors banging, and outdated TVs in some rooms. Maintenance concerns like water damage mold and old carpets were noted.

the hotel is super clean and the location is great - so close to lots of good places to eat. the free airport transfer is so handy, and i heard they serve a really good breakfast.

During my recent stay at La Quinta, I was pleased with the room size and the convenience of being near the ice machine and elevators. The hotel's proximity to the airport made my travel experience much smoother, as I could easily hop on the highway to get there without dealing with Atlanta traffic. there were some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, as both lifts were dirty and the sofa bed had stains on the bed sheets. The floor in our room seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. the lighting in the bedroom was quite dim due to the lack of a ceiling light. the staff member Jessica at the front desk was truly wonderful and went out of her way to assist us during our stay. Her kindness and helpfulness made a difference after a long and stressful day. Unfortunately, there were some inconveniences that detracted from my overall experience. I had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness issues, including dirty floors, stained furniture, and even a lingering smell of marijuana in a supposedly smoke-free hotel. The coffee provided was lackluster, resembling more like brown water, and the breakfast options could definitely be improved. In terms of amenities, I was disappointed to find that the spare roll of tissue was inconveniently located under the sink instead of within easy reach in the bathroom. the hotel's policies regarding extra charges, such as the $10 parking fee and $50 deposit, could have been communicated more clearly in advance to prevent any surprises.

As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet my room was, despite its proximity to the airport. The hotel offered free airport shuttle service, making it easy for me to catch my flight. I also appreciated the nearby restaurants, as well as the option to pay at the hotel instead of prepaying. The iron and ironing board in the room allowed me to freshen up my clothes, and the non-smoking facility ensured a clean environment.
The pool, which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, was unfortunately closed during my entire stay.

I chose La Quinta solely for its convenient location near Egan Park, and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents. The daily FREE Hot Bright Side Breakfast with diverse options was a great start to my day, and the onsite convenience store made it easy to grab essentials and snacks.
